Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Anlyto website, products, and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using anlyto.com and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
2. Services
Anlyto provides AI, automation, and analytics consulting and implementation services tailored to each client. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined through individual proposals or Statements of Work (SOW) that require mutual written approval before work begins.
3. Payment & Billing
All invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Anlyto reserves the right to pause active work if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
4. Intellectual Property
Anlyto retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables and custom assets created specifically for their project.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect all confidential information disclosed during the engagement, including but not limited to business processes, technical documentation, financial data, and other non-public materials. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Anlyto makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed Statement of Work. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anlyto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date. Any deliverables completed and paid for remain the property of the client.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
